Abstract

Research Title: Considering the details of the types of delight (Paradise) mentioned in Gardens (Surat Ar-Rahman), and making rhetoric comparisons between its two repeated ranks for showing agreement and distinction between them.

Research problem: The problem of the research lies in difference of opinion of scholars in determining the rank of each two Gardens (Surat Ar-Rahman), and the analysis of the comparisons clarifying and giving preference to what the rhetoric deems higher.

Research Objectives: The greatness of the Quranic rhetoric is revealed in praising the delight (Paradise) the two Gardens (Surat Ar-Rahman), while keeping each rank of class, and explaining the high rank of the first two Gardens.

Research Methodology: The research adopts the descriptive artistic approach, and takes advantage the principles of comparison theory in examining the feature characteristics of Quranic structures and tracing the subtleties of their semantics in support of his idea and to progress its objective.

The most prominent research results are: Firstly: The research finds out the noble behavior of its rhetoric of the differentiation of the ranks of delight (Paradise) in Gardens (Surat Ar-Rahman) in an accurate manner which does show the great differences between them.

Secondly:  It is likely that the purpose o for delaying the exhortation through mentioning the gardens upon the intimidation through indicating the Fire along with causes of the despair and open the doors of hope for the disobedient if they repent and turn back to Allah.

Thirdly:  It is clarified as a result of mentioning the people with the two highest Gardens, without showing the people with the two lower Gardens, is mentioning  those ones stated, and the praise of the ranks of their fear in the presence of position of their Allah, may His Glory be praised.

Fourthly: The research seeks that the people with the two lower Gardens, who are not mentioned, -be ones weighted the hope; as the servant’s relationship with Allah, may His Glory be praised, is based on doing the servant of both fear and hope, so if the people with the first two gardens are “ones who fear,” and their rank is higher, then the two lower delight (Paradise) are ones who hope, and the rank of their later two Gardens, as stated by the noble comparisons, is lower, and Allah Almighty knows best.

Fifthly: (Surat Ar-Rahman) states, through the differentiation of these two ranks, - that the reward of the people in the Hereafter is going to be based on their deeds, and that their reward will be performed as per the differentiation of their diligence.

Sixthly: The analysis finds that the ranks of delight (Paradise) are in each of the two ranks of Gardens (Surat Ar-Rahman), and even if they are repeated, the distinction occurred in their details in each, as well as in the difference of their rankings for considerations mentioned in the research in a presumble manner.

Seventh: Although the two ranks of Gardens (Surat Ar-Rahman) agree in the ranks of delight (Paradise), the latter of each rank is based on details that distinguish it away from the other ranks, with the upper ranks remaining the finest in ranks.eywords:  Comparisons, Rhetoric, Gardens, Delight (Paradise), AL-Quran,  Surat Ar-Rahman
