ABSTRACT

Research Topic

Talking about the embedment approach according to Imam Shihab al-Din Ahmad bin Ismail al-Kurani in his Noble Qur'an interpretation Ghayat al-Amanī fi Tafsir al-Rabbānī’s Speech, Highest Desires in Interpreting the Divine Speech.

Objectives

The First Goal: Defining the embedment approach and explaining its effect by enriching the interpretive meanings in the Noble Qur’an.

The Second Goal: Collecting and studying the sayings of Imam Shihab al-Din Ahmad ibn Ismail al-Kurani stipulated in his interpretation: “Ghayat al-Amanī fi Tafsir al-Rabbānī’s Speech,” Highest Desires in Interpreting the Divine Speech, on the statement of implication.

The Third Goal: Explaining the effect of embedment on the performance of interpretive meanings in terms of moral significance and functional significance.

The Fourth Goal: Examining scientific results that enrich the subject and serve researchers.

Methodology

In this research, the investigator adopted the applied inductive and analytical approach.

Results:

1- The embedment approach is a wonderful grammatical style that enriches the interpretive meaning of the Qur'anic verse. By combining the meaning of the apparent deed, with the meaning of another embedded work, which explains its transposition with a letter that would not normally have been transgressed, it is clarified and demonstrated by understanding the significance of the context.

2- Al-Kurani explained the meanings in a few verses considering the phenomenon of connotations without declaring its wording.

3- Among the most prominent principles of Al-Kurani in his interpretation are Al-Kashshaf by Al-Zamakhshari, Anwar Al-Tanzeel by Al-Baydawi, Hashiyat Al-Tibi according to Al-Kashshaf, and Hashiyat Saad Al-Din Al-Taftazani according to Al-Kashshaf.

Recommendations:

1- Al-Kurani's book, Ghayat al-Amanī fi Tafsir al-Rabbānī’s Speech, Highest Desires in Interpreting the Divine Speech, is a rich scientific material for researchers: to explain the choices of its author, his preferences, his approach, and the sources of his interpretation.

2- The investigator recommends making an objective index of the book to facilitate extracting the treasures of this book from the topics of interpretation and the sciences of the Noble Qur’an.

3- Despite the blessed efforts of researchers in studying the embedment approach, since there is not a complete and comprehensive collection of verses containing the associations; Therefore, it is recommended to dedicate a study that collects the method of connotations in the Noble Qur’an according to the most famous commentators interested in it, while highlighting its impact on enriching meanings.
